Position Available:
01/27/12-02/03/12

Primary Purpose:
Receive, stock, fill orders, and load merchandise in service center

Essential Functions:

• Moves items from receiving area to storage area with hand truck or lift truck
• Ships and receives merchandise
• Loads pallets
• Sorts and routes materials and merchandise
• Opens boxes and other containers using hand tools
• Stocks shelves
• Picks, sorts, prices, and fills orders
• Counts items for distribution within DC to ensure conformance to company
• standards
• Operates lift truck to transport items to various DC locations

Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree(GED) plus 1 year experience in warehouse; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Skills Required:

 

• Minimum 18 years of age (operates machinery)
• Ability to pass drug test
• Commitment to providing Customer service that makes both internal and
• external Customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated
• Ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work weekends on a occasional basis
• Ability to work overtime on a regular basis
• Ability to work any shift(s)
