OCE Business Services is currently looking for a Full-Time, Mail Room Supervisor to fill a permanent position in Birmingham, AL.

        Primary Responsibilities:

· Mail, Fax, Copy and provide other Office Service support as required by site.

· Will sort/deliver mail in various locations

·  Responsible for Shipping/Receiving

·  Log and track packages

·  Provide backup switchboard coverage

·  Other duties as assigned 
  

Job Requirements:

·  Experience working in a Mailroom as a Supervisor

·  You must be articulate and present a positive professional image to our clients.

·  The candidate selected must be dependable, reliable, detail oriented with good organizational skills.

·  We are looking for a team player as well as someone who works well on their own.
